Waitlist information
We are on a first come, first serve basis. This means no call ahead. We are sorry to those this may inconvenience.
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you **be accurate with your group size** when joining the waitlist. Once you’re on the list, you will receive a confirmation text. When your table is ready, we’ll send you another text letting you know it’s time to come in. You’ll have 5 minutes from the time of that second text to
claim your table.

Please ensure that your entire group is present when you arrive—whether you're a party of 2, 5, 18, or any other size—so we can seat you promptly. If your full group isn’t there yet, we ask that you wait until everyone has arrived, at which point we will gladly seat you. In the meantime, we will continue to work through our waitlist.
If for any reason you accidentally leave our waitlist, don't stress things happen, see the host and they will gladly add you right back in the same spot you were in before. Please be proactive as we cannot keep tabs 100% on everyone at all times.

Our current high demand and limited seating capacity mean that wait times may be longer during peak hours. We truly appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to provide the best experience for all of our guests.

Reservations Information:
At Kikeys, we’re happy to take reservations for groups of 8 or more guests, and we kindly ask that you book at least one day in advance. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a text confirmation.
Here are a few important details:
• Grace Period: We offer a 10-minute grace period for all reservations. Please make sure to check in before or at the time of your reservation. This grace period also includes waiting for your entire party to arrive. We are unable to seat your group
until everyone is present.
• Late Arrivals: If the 10-minute grace period passes and your full party has not arrived, we will gladly add you to our waitlist (if available) and seat you as soon as possible.
• Confirmation Text: If for any reason you do not receive a text confirmation from us, please contact us directly to confirm your reservation.
• The maximum size of groups we take is 14.
